In Memoriam

It is with great sadness that we join in announcing the death of Robin Ord-Smith MVO, who in a distinguished and lengthy diplomatic career served as British Ambassador to Tajikistan and to Kyrgyzstan. He was a very good friend to the MECACS programme and staff and students, both in the region and in the UK.
